In this course I show you how I outline the block using rulerwork, use piecing to create evenly spaced wavy lines and travel to the next block when your quilt doesn’t follow a traditional setting.

I was able to create some fabulous texture both in the diamond blocks and the background pieces by creating some radiating wavy lines.
I’m working on my longarm, but you could use these same techniques on your home sewing machine as well.
