Unicorn Love (Panel Quilt)
Unicorn Love is the perfect pattern to use with panels. It was designed by my 8-year-old daughter Angela Soebbing to go with the Unicorn Love panel by Diane Neukirch for Clothworks Fabrics
NOTE: This PDF pattern is required for this course. The pattern is available for $2 OFF through a link available in the supply list, which you will have access to after you enroll in the course. It will be available for download immediately after purchase.
Learn how cut a panel into large square blocks to show off the large prints, and small fussy cut squares for cornerstones. Then see how you can use coordinating yardage to fill in the alternating blocks and make the quilt bigger.
This pattern can easily be made with other panels if unicorns aren’t your thing. Just swap out a different panel or other fabrics. Make sure your squares and cornerstones can be fussy cut to eight 10 1/2-inch squares (coordinating fabrics are used for the other eight large squares). The smaller squares are fussy cut into 25 3 3/4-inch squares for the cornerstones.
