Easy Wavy Line Diamonds – Congruence
I just LOVE the wavy line free motion quilting stitch. This version molds the wavy line to the shape of a diamond block to create a custom quilting look that is fast, and beginner-friendly.

Each diamond row was quilted with seven passes of wavy lines that conform to the shape of the block to create some lovely texture. The results are stunning, but it is super simple and quick. I got the entire lap sized quilt done in an afternoon and that included the time to load and unload the longarm!
It just goes to show you that you don’t have to choose a really loose, all-over design in order to finish a quilt quickly. You can create a custom look and still be done fast!
